The Xperia range of smartphones that has been introduced by Sony is pretty much known in the globe. There are many fans of this series that eagerly wait for the latest additions. The demand of smartphones is always very high in the international markets as people have shown a great liking towards them in the past few years. A smartphone needs to possess many quality features in order to impress the users and earn a spot in the hearts of users because already in the market a great variety of smartphones is present. The Sony Xperia T was introduced by Sony this year in the month of August and in the family of smartphones of Sony this is the first one that uses a Qualcomm's Snapdragon S4 platform. Let’s have a look at some of the features of this smartphone.
As mentioned above this phone has been manufactured by the Sony Mobile communications and is a new member of the popular Xperia series and the predecessor of this phone is Sony Xperia S the form factor is Slate. The dimensions of this phone are as follows:
- 129.4 mm H
- 67.3 mm W
- 9.4 mm D
- Rare camera 13 Mega pixels ,
- 16x digital zoom,
- Back-illuminated sensor,
- Face recognitions,

Moving towards the battery that has been incorporated in this devise the battery is about 6.8Wh and comes with a non-removable nature. In the standby mode the phone has a life of 450 hours. You can listen to music for non-stop 16 hours and 5 hours of continuous video watching. Overall battery life is decent and in spite of having a large screen the phone can work for you for 12 hours during the daytime, but you will need to charge it every night.
The glass that covers the front screen is shatter proof shows resistance towards scratches providing decent protection to the smartphone. The body is made up of plastic that provides a good grip and putting the handset in and out of pocket is very easy. The design is simple and not that much impressive, but decent hardware has been included in the Sony Xperia T the processor is 1.5GHz Qualcomm Krait dual-core processor and 1GB memory has been included. The screen is 4.55 inches the length is no doubt a bit smaller than the screen length that is being offered by the competitors of Sony Xperia T. The display is fine with a resolution of 720 into 1280 and pixel density of 323.
The phone is thick and heavy when you compare it with Xperia Arc that was introduced in the previous year. In short it is a decent smartphone, but not as good as most of its competitors.
